Fiesta at Nashville Symphony Hall

The Nashville Symphony hall is going to host an event that will point out the Hispanic influences in country music. The event will be called, "Streets of Laredo". Rick Trevino and Johnny Rodriguez is going to headline the event. There is also going to be a special tribute to be paid to the memory of Freddy Fender, who was actually in the band Los Super 7 with Trevino. For those who are not familiar with Fender's music, he sang the hit,"Wasted Day, Wasted Nights". Also appearing will be those singing cowboys, Riders in the Sky. Country music has always been appreciative of the contributions that the Hispanic culture has given to it.
