Willie Nelson Picnics Somewhere Else

Willie Nelson has consistently held his annual 4th of July picnic in Texas since 1973 until this year. Willie will hold it this time at George, Washington, which is about 150 miles east of Seattle. Besides Willie, the performers will include alternative country band Son Volt, the Old 97s, Drive By-Truckers, and singer-songwriter Amos Lee. The concert will be held at the Gorge Amphitheatre in George, WA. Maybe Willie just wants a change of weather.
