Country Artists Featured On Heart Member's Solo Album

Heart singer Ann Wilson will release a solo album September 11 featuring a number of country artists. The album, Hope & Glory, features socially-conscious material from Pink Floyd, John Lennon, Creedence Clearwater Revival and others. Deana Carter, Alison Krauss, k.d. lang, Gretchen Wilson and Wynonna are among the artists contributing their talents to the album. Heart was recently featured on the VH1 Honors award ceremony where Gretchen Wilson perfomed the band's classic "Barracuda" backed by rock group Alice in Chains. Check out the clip here:
The album also features guest appearances by Ann's sister and bandmate Nancy Wilson as well as Shawn Colvin, Elton John and Rufus Wainwright.
