Veterans honor Big and Rich

To all the people that subscribe to the Purple Heart magazine, there is an interesting blurb about Big & Rich being honored for their song "The 8th of November". This song was inspired by a friendship that they struck with a veteran by the name of Niles Harris who was injured in the Vietnam War in 1965. Big & Rich were presented a plaque by the Las Vegas/Henderson Chapter members for the support of veterans, and the support of the Military Order of the Purple Heart.
