Ronnie Milsap Has Studio Dedicated to Him
It's always good to see one of country music's stars being honored in today's "me me me" world and this past Thursday, May 24th, that's what happened. Ronnie Milsap, who has forty number one hits, placing him behind only George Strait and Conway Twitty, had his old recording studio dedicated to him. The building, which is now known as Warm Front Studio, was purchased by Ronnie from Roy Orbison in 1978. Many of those number one hits were recorded in that studio, which is why current owner, Raymond Termini, is having a bronze fixture of Milsap put on the front of the building. Kudos to Mr. Termini for his respect of Mr. Milsap and Congratulations Ronnie on this honor, even though I'm sure there are plenty more to come.
